I designed this from scratch based link below (my file from scratch). 2 lengths. designed to use an M5x30mm hex head screw and an M5 T nut. Also for the knob, I used the bridging technique from makers muse.

    MY GANTRY CLAMP DESIGN

    ALT - WITH A 2.5 DEGREE SLOPED FACE

    Use the included zip ties to clamp the interlocked belt teeth together. 2 per belt end. The belt end clip should be close enough to the end plate that you can home the machine without hitting the clip. You may want to put the tensioner side on the back of the machine.

    Here is a quick disconnect mount for the X-CARVE that holds a pen or pencil.

    A rubber band goes thru the cap and around the hooks. tie knots in the rubber band for adjustable tension. Use M4x10mm thumb screws to secure it to the DeWalt 611 mount. The pencil may need to be shimmed with paper wrapped around it to ensure a good fit since it's made to fit pens also.

      This is my design for a cover to go over an 80mm or 120mm case fan to exhaust the laser fumes thru a 1.5" I.D. shop vac line. has places for zip ties to mount it on 4 sides and a place for the wires to come out. You can stack multiple fans for added force.

      This is for the Ender 3 3D printer. It uses a 16mm O.D. x 8mm I.D. x 5mm wide bearing. I included the STEP file so you can modify it in Fusion 360 if need be. This is 100% my design. use M3 screw.

      This is for those with tall aftermarket linear rails. The higher it goes, the more it's unsupported by the gantry extrusion. It' can flex. this helps eliminate that. build and print at your own risk. IT REQUIRES DRILLING AND TAPPING THE BACK PLATE OF THE LINEAR RAIL!!!!

      This is for rotary cnc work where the part becomes an uneven surface. This is conceptual only, not tested. Use TPU for the wheels and pivot bar. the rest can be PLA. I might machine a base for mine out of aluminum. I included an STL file with all the parts in place (an assembly), which shouldn't be printed and is for reference only. * * * USES 608 BEARINGS (8 X 22 X 7)

        This is for the Ender 3 3D printer. In the front is the ribbon cable that leads to the display. There are clips available for that but none that can also fit an SD card adaptor ribbon cable too. Bend the SD adaptor ribbon cable into a C shape and slide it into the clip first. then the display cable the same way. This design has not been tested yet, but I will very soon. I included the STEP file so you can modify it in Fusion 360 if need be.

          These are my design based off of others. I completely remodeled them and redesigned them stronger. a 20mm socket head M5 will clamp them to the rail. an M3 will secure the cover.

          ** revised 1/12/2018. Made the clearance for the belt a little bigger. increased the M3 hole clearance. made the cover universal and symmetrical.

          I designed this from scratch. Meant for 5050 LEDs and 1/8" acrylic panels. Lengths of straight from 3" to 8" in half inch increments. mount with M5 screw. holes for wires to pass thru. panel will be 0.75" longer than the total length of straight pieces on that side. No supports needed.

            Its a coin..... with a head.

            One person has experienced the 30mm hex head bolt slip inside the slot. though this is probably an isolated incident and was only on one end clip, I designed a plug to be glued into place to completely lock the hex head from all side. If you do experience slipping, you can also just flow some super glue into the slot. It will take up all the space. I will test and include 3 of them with all orders once verified.

              This is my design for 80mm case fan elbows. 45 degrees and 90. one style will link 2 fans together and another will mount 1 fan to a fan opening. The purpose is to keep the fans bearings in the correct orientation. Some bearings will wear out prematurely from hanging vertically.
